The real man guide
«“Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. and weak men create hard times.»
We are around soft men who create hard times. We are living in a time of “toxic masculinity”. Oppressing masculinity creates The Real Man Guide: A Call to Rediscover True Masculinity.
In a world when masculinity is increasingly viewed as "toxic," it is critical to revisit and reaffirm the ideals that have characterized manhood for millennia. The saying, "Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And weak men create hard times," serves as a stark reminder of history's cyclical nature and the critical role that strength and resilience play in forming society.

This home page was created to address the rise of "soft men" who prefer comfort over challenge and convenience over effort. This has resulted in a growing societal fragility, which threatens to usher in difficult times once more. The Real Man Guide was intended to address this situation head on, reminding men of their innate power and important role in preserving society's fabric.
We live in an era where the concept of "toxic masculinity" is prevalent, and classic masculine characteristics like toughness, aggressiveness, and resilience are frequently ridiculed rather than applauded. However, repressing these tendencies does not erase life's obstacles; rather, it undermines our ability to confront them. Being weak is not a virtue; it is the beginning of the end for both individual and communal strength. When norms and obligations—principles that humanity has followed for thousands of years—are broken, chaos and suffering ensue.
The Hard Reality of Modern Times
Consider this depressing statistic: an estimated 703,000 individuals die by suicide globally each year. Men commit suicide at a rate more than double that of women worldwide. This terrible character exemplifies the mental health problem that has gripped men today, exacerbated by the breakdown of conventional masculine roles and the demands of living in a world that frequently undervalues their contributions.
For thousands of years, a man's role was defined and unquestioned. Only in the last decade has this function been fundamentally challenged—not by natural evolution, but by the influence of media and diverse social movements. When I was growing up, LGBTQ+ and other so-called "woke" views were almost non-existent. You were either a guy or a woman; that was it. Today, however, it appears that there is an agenda targeted at lowering men's position.
Honoring the Legacy of Real Men
Let me be clear: when I say "men" in this guide, I mean actual men—people born with the biological characteristics that characterize manhood. We owe it to our forebears, the true men of earlier generations, to protect the freedoms and benefits we have now, particularly in the Western world. These soldiers fought for us, bearing the horrors of battle and the difficulties of life without complaint. They knew their roles and obligations in society, and they worked tirelessly to repair and improve their communities once the storms passed.
These were real men, with flaws and challenges, but they understood what was important. They understood their place in society and embraced it with dignity and determination. They were the foundation upon which our current liberties were formed, and it is our job to respect their memory by demonstrating the same strength, resilience, and sense of responsibility.
About the creator of this homepage
As the creator of The Real Man Guide, I come from a traditional family with a profound respect for the men who came before me. I grew up in an era where gender roles were obvious and males were expected to be guardians, providers, and leaders. I've witnessed directly how dilution of these positions has resulted in uncertainty, irritation, and a reduction in men's overall well-being in society.
This guide is my response to cultural developments that attempt to redefine masculinity in ways that I believe are damaging. It is a call to action for men everywhere to recover their strength, take pride in their manhood, and perform the duties that have been theirs since the beginning of time. This is more than just fighting change for the sake of tradition; it is about retaining the attributes that have allowed men to prosper and protect people they care about throughout difficult times.
My goal in producing this book is to give a resource for men who are feeling lost in today's cultural climate, to offer them a road back to their true selves, and to remind them of the value of being a real man in a world that sorely needs them.
